Taylor McDaniel, edda
Taylor is our office manager and has been a part of the COMS team since 2020. She graduated from MedQuest college in 2017 with her EDDA certification and started in our office as a surgical assistant. Since then, she has become certified in IV placement and DAANCE certified through AAOMS. In her free time, she enjoys finding new and fun things to do with her son, Greyson. She also enjoys reading, shopping for antiques and spending time with her two cats and amazing dog.
Samantha Head, edda
Sam is one of our surgical assistants and has been a part of the COMS team since 2022. She graduated from MedQuest college in 2016 with her EDDA certification. She also currently has her DANB certification as well as certified for IV placement . In her free time she enjoys RZR riding and spending time with her two sons.
Alyssa Phelps- administrative assistant
Alyssa is one of our Administrative Assistants and has been a part of the COMS team since January, 2025, and has been an amazing addition to our team. In her free time she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and family, exploring around Louisville and coaching Club Volleyball.
