Taylor McDaniel, edda
Taylor is our office manager and has been a part of the COMS team since 2020. She graduated from MedQuest College in 2017 with her EDDA certification and started in our office as a surgical assistant. Since then, she has become certified in IV placement, earned her DAANCE certification through AAOMS, and joined the Society of OMS Administrators (SOMSA). In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping for antiques, and finding new and fun things to do with her son, Greyson.
Samantha Head, edda
Sam is one of our surgical assistants and has been a part of the COMS team since 2022. She graduated from MedQuest college in 2016 with her EDDA certification. She also currently has her DANB certification as well as certified for IV placement . In her free time she enjoys RZR riding and spending time with her two sons.
Alyssa Phelps- patient care coordinator
Alyssa is one of our Administrative Assistants and has been a part of the COMS team since January, 2025, and has been an amazing addition to our team. In her free time she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and family, exploring around Louisville and coaching Club Volleyball.
Jenna Rigsby- Insurance Coordinator
Jenna is a busy mom of two who loves spending time with her family, cheering on her kids, staying active, and enjoying all things Kentucky! When she is not at work, you can usually find her outdoors, working on something around the house, or making memories with her family.
